Comprehensive Electronic Billing & ePayment Postal Operations

We provided the Ministry of Communications with many IT and consultancy services. The first project is a billing system including customer care management, collection management, invoicing, integrated voice inquiry/response, activation/deactivation, hot billing, automated directory query, financial system, payment gateway, and help desk support. The second project is a fully automated, modern postal operation facilitating delivery of letter mail, parcels, and express mail, with track and trace and value-added electronic services.
