EBSEP

EBSEP, a web enabled Electronic Billing Systems & E-Payment postal operations suite, is designed to provide a complete solution for managing the billing process in any communication organization (governmental or private), built on the latest Oracle database and development tools.

EBSEP consists of two main systems: (1) a Billing System including billing and customer care management, collection management, invoicing, integrated voice inquiry and response, activation/deactivation, hot billing, automated directory query, financial system, payment gateway, and help desk support; and (2) a Postal System: a fully automated modern postal operation facilitating delivery of letter mail, parcels, and express mail, with track and trace and value-added electronic services.

EBSEP is supported by a website and IVR system enabling citizens to inquire about and pay bills online.
